New MaraDNS snapshot

Last November, William Summers pointed out that MaraDNS has issues with the corner case of an ANY reply which is larger than 512 bytes long. In today's snapshot, I am beginning work on fixing this bug; MaraDNS now sends out a correct truncated reply if it (she) would otherwise generate an ANY reply longer than 512 bytes.

I do apologize for taking so long to start addressing this issue; I am working with my employer to ensure that it no longer takes me three months for me to address an open bug in MaraDNS.
